Qigong means life force

The history of qigong goes back over 5000 years ago. It is a ancient movement practice that translates to life force practice. Many components go into why qigong is so beneficial. Qigong works to make the body flexible, strong, tonified, vital and flexible. Qigong helps rid the body of toxins with twisting and coiling of the connective tissue , muscle , bone and lymph fluid.

When the body is full of toxins it induces the inflammation response in the body. This leads to a large percentage of chronic disease. Flushing out toxins from the joints allows the body to stay younger and more resilient.
