What you need to know about back pain.
In my nursing career I noticed that most of my patients had back pain and rarely had relief. Back pain has multiple factors that can affect it. First off the body needs movement to help lubricate the joints.
Then we need to realize how our daily activities or lack of activities can lock up the joints. For example of you have a desk job, the action of sitting all day locks up the fascia or the connective tissue. Connective tissue is layered in between all muscles, bone, and organs. With prolonged sitting or standing it changes and shortens this connective tissue. This can lead to pain and for bones to not be in alignment. Learning how to move your body in a way that supports lubrication, realignment of the skeletal structure is important to bring awareness too.
